Design And Implementation Of Numeric Control Training System For SAIC Training Center

This thesis presents the software development of SAIC training center's advanced numeric control training system.Its objective is to provide the first-line workers with powerful training supports for making use of the equipment resource's potentials from the aid of new equipment,new technology and new processes.The development of this system is based on the practical demands and in combination with the advanced software engineering's theory and techniques while combined with the institute's requirements on its numeric control training support.In its development,the critical problems in numeric production training are addressed at first place,then the analysis on its training project's basic transaction management,equipment running simulation and project's cost management functions are elaborated.The use cases are established to related the necessary information and the users operations.For the software design,the software architecture and the related detailed design scheme are established by means of object oriented methods,including architecture,database models and typical algorithm procedures The database is designed by means of relational data model.For its implementation,this system runs on the platform of Windows operating system on the application server and is programmed with C++ and Oracle as its database.Some programs are sketched in terms of partial programs and its test methods and consequences are outlined.In conclusion,this numerical control technique training system has been recently finished with its initial tests.Its application provides powerful support to the first-line workers to completely make use of the advance NC equipment's performances and enhanced the services to manufacturing,well realizing its development goals.
