Design And Implementation Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Management Information System Of A County

As China’s healthcare reform, the new rural cooperative medical system has become more perfect. And the traditional manual management has been unable to adapt to new business requirements. In order to ensure that the new rural cooperative medical system in successful implementation of the new rural cooperative medical service for the efficient,accurate and fast management, improve the new rural cooperative medical business management modernization, it is necessary to introduce the information management system into the new rural cooperative medical management, and establish a new rural cooperative medical information management system(NCMS). The new rural cooperative medical information management system is one of the effective ways to ensure the implementation of the new system, and the research of information management, not only has the very strong social value, but also has certain value of engineering research. According to the actual situation of the new rural cooperative medical in the county of Liaoning Province, in this thesis, a new rural cooperative medical management system is designed and implemented,which purpose is to carry out efficient management of new rural cooperative medical of a county.In this thesis, the new rural cooperative management system will be analyzed and designed by the object-oriented method. Also, the functional requirements of the system analysis, system design, database design, system implementation and system testing will be given with a detailed introduction. Taking into account development cost, development time,ease of use and other factors, the system uses B/S structure and MVC pattern, uses SSH framework. Thereby, it can effectively reduce the development time and reduce the cost. At the same time, according to the requirements of users, the system is developed by using Eclipse 4 as the development tool, using JAVA as development language, using Mysql as database server, and using Tomcat as running server. Firstly, system functional requirements are analyzed and described by using UML use case and diagram, respectively. Then, timing diagram and functional class design are mainly introduced, and the system functions of theimplementation processes are described by the class diagram and timing diagram. The design includes the system information inquiry, authority management, participation registration,card management and participating management function. Furthermore, the database design principles, data models and database table structure are applied to the management system database. What’s more, in the implementation of system, the specific implementation of the system which functions and demonstrated the system’s interface design, functional flowcharts and part of the implementation code is described. Finally, test environment, test content and methods are introduced, and the test cases, demonstrating the system interface and functionality testing process are described. For each function test, the corresponding test cases and test interface are given. The results show that the five functions of the system are fully in line with the requirements of the system.This thesis mainly describes a development process of new type of rural cooperative medical management system. The system is based on new rural cooperative medical policy and the new rural cooperative medical care for the development of the actual situation in the county of Liaoning Province. On the one hand, the implementation of new rural cooperative medical management system will facilitate integrating medical information of a county and establish an electronic file for a county farmers so as to help improve people’s living standards and working efficiency. On the other hand, the system can better serve the government’s health policy to provide first-hand information based on the information of a large number of farmers. The operation practice shows that the new rural cooperative medical information management system designed in this paper can effectively improve the people’s living standard enhancement, health management level.
