| With the steady development of our nation's medical care evolving and the progress in science and technology, the information management system is sorely needed, which is more scientific and normal as well as effective and accurate, to accommodate to the New Rural Area Cooperative Medical Care (NRACMC)system and guarantee its smooth implementation. At present, Huancui District has used the traditional manual management methods to deal with things which are inefficient and data quality dropped, as a result, to design an application system which uses three C/S structure applied for the management must be imperative. The implementation of this system can meet the requirement of peasants of NRACMC, fixed hospital and drug stores and attendant of system who all can share and use the information, guarantee the comprehensive promotion of NRACMC, upgrade the management and materialize the modernization development of HuanCui District E-government.This paper analyzes the background, existent problems, the progress of the development of the EGA inside and outside the country, key technologies and the significance of the system research. According to unified modeling language (UML), this paper finishes the design. About the systematic demand analysis, this paper uses the case diagram and state transition to express the function demand of different users. Sequence Diagram and Deployment View to show the frame structure design. The system detailed design is divided into two parts:the static structure which is taken on class view and dynamic structure which is taken on state transition. About the system implementation, the paper combines Delphi 6.0 Developing Environment into inter-base databases to operate. In operating practice, taking the various functions into account, the system sets up drop-down boxes and right menu, which contain the fundamental functions of every module, to lump functions together. So that we can prefect the operating steps, unify the window interface, decrease repeated works, facilitate users and guarantee the simple as well as quick running of the system. The New Rural Area Cooperative Medical Care information management system has complex content for meeting all kinds of demands. So excepting for connection module and information processing, it includes several functions as follows:account fund management, fixed hospital and drug stores management, data backup and maintaining, and so on. The function modules contains:user management module, fund management module, information query module, fixed medical care units module, data management module, summing up module, printing and help module. Each one implies several different sub-modules, according to the user properties and competence to implement functions. The implement of system can administrate and maintain the user information, manage and inquire the account fund information, summarize and inquire the data of fixed hospitals as well as drug stores, increase the coverage of objects and make the calculations more trustworthy. With the operation of this system, we can share and change information in Huancui District. It will raise office efficiency, standardize data processing, heighten government credibility, and make things convenient for the people. It will materialize the efficient, accurate, quick management of the New Rural Area Cooperative Medical Care, and make the Huancui climb a greater heihgt. |
