Reseach And Implementation Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Information System

The New Rural Cooperative Medical Information System (NRCMS) is a mutual aid system for peasant medical care, which is non-compulsory for peasants to participate in, funded by multiple parties as government, groups and individuals, established mainly for curing serious diseases, supplemented with family account of outpatient clinics.This article, focusing on the background of NRCMS, status quo of its informatization, regulations of its management, actual work performance, based on the OMT(Object Oriented Analyzing)of Software Engineering , focusing on the OOA(Object Oriented Analyzing),research and analysis of construction goal, user range,data scope ,work range and process flow widely and objectively.Based on the system analyzing, we build the UML ( Unified Modeling Language) Model by the OOD(Object Oriented Design)technology,then we complete the design of workflow ,design of database,design of function and design of interface.We develop the NRCMS by some new technology, such as SmartClient,Ajax,Flex and etc. The system include seven main modules, such as participants management , claims management, fund management, system configuration and etc. This system is studied and realized through a chain of design and develop procedures such as process flow, storage, function, interface and etc. Based on deep research of current Rich Internet Application (RIA) development technology, this system adopts C/S/S structured Smartclient, develops NRCMS, supports off-line processing as well as remote control and auto-update, stable, efficient and easy to use.Among the system, image acquisition modular studies and tries to adopt FLEX tools developed on the platform of Flash, accompanied by Red5 streaming media server, capable of upload and download of images and videos, complete the interaction between flash files and database.This project generally realized the process flow of NRCMS, management objective. It can satisfy the demands of administration section.During the research, new technologies of RIA such as Smartclien, Flash and Ajax are involved and applied. Good try-out and study are made on multi-tech integration and the result is satisfactory.At the end of this thesis paper, conclusion has been made to this project and indicates the direction of next step.
