Design And Implementation Of New-Type Rural Cooperative Medical Service Information Management System Based On WEB

The WEB-based new rural cooperative medical information management system(NCMS), which is an information construction under the new management model, is designed and developed according to the current business requirements of new rural cooperative medical care. The system is based on computer information technology and data warehousing of the city, and combines with advanced management ideas and technology. Under the unified planning of the city, health institutions at all levels, and health administrative departments, actively cooperate and integrate existing networks, hardware, application software and data resources in order to establish a comprehensive health service database achieve digitization, informatization and scientization of business management, and form a unified city’s new rural cooperative medical information management network system, which improves the new IICA work efficiency and service level of great practical significance.The system covers all aspects of cooperative medical management. Based on system building needs, the system mainly analyzes and designs general business processes of the system, business process management participation, fund management, patient management and hospital management subsystem. Combined with the overall objectives and principles of the system construction, it designed and implemented hardware and software development solutions for NCMS system and database building programs. The system used web-based three-tier system, B/S application architecture, JSP+ Servlet+ EJB technology, and Weblogic application server for development. It used a centralized data processing mode, with Java as the development language and the combination of Oracle9i database, which is powerful in data processing capabilities and role-based division of security measures for data security and application security system to lay a solid foundation.The NCMS-based health informatization development strengthened supervision of information technology means, accelerated cooperative medical informatization and network construction, achieved online process monitoring audit, effectively improved the scientific management level of NCMS, reduced management costs, improved efficiency and quality of the audit work compensation. After professional test and pilot run, the system is formally running round to improve work management, work efficiency and service levels of the new rural cooperative.
