Along with the development of economy and society in China, the broadcast control tasks of broadcasting station are also constantly increased, the tasks of live broadcast and rebroadcast depending on different situation are increased as well. Along with the increasing tasks, more and more computers undertake the broadcast control task, but in the present broadcast control systems, most of them are using the uniprocessor broadcast systems. Since uniprocessor broadcast systems cannot process the data interaction with other computers, it makes great impact on the broadcast control tasks. On this occasion, it seems very necessary to construct a set of broadcast control system platform basing on the internet.Most of the current used internet-based software system are adopting by B/S structure, that is, browser/server mode. This article is aiming at designing and exploiting a set of efficient and stable broadcast control platform according to the characters of B/S structure system and the demand of broadcasting station broadcast control system. On the base of B/S structure, integrate the widely-applied J2 EE technology, design and implement the system management, the personnel supervision and management, the broadcasting resource management module and the application module, which including the monitor function, the emergency function, the program schedule function, the intelligent trouble diagnosis and disposing function and the noiseless mutual system and so on. This system mainly manages the digitizing, networking and intelligent audio equipment, to make each hardware devices could be invoked timely in the system, in order to accomplish various kind of broadcast control functions.
