The Design And Research Of Enterprise Information Management System For Oil Industry

As a backbone of our country, petroleum industry always plays an important role. Its exploitation and processed chemical products can be found everywhere. Oil exploitation, however, is a traditional manufacturing industry. So transformations in many fields are carried out in order to adapt to the informationalization, and tremendous resources including people and materials are invested. Technical innovation and resources integration in the whole industry result from successful cases happened during its transformation, which positively enhanced the productivity and people’s quality. As a consequence, there is no hesitation in terms of carrying out transformation of enterprise informationalization in petroleum industry.Enterprise informatization is actually the digitization of processes, including manufacturing process, transaction processing, materials transfer, and capital flow as well as clients ’interaction. And then processing various systems’ network from which a new resource can be obtained, which makes it easy to observe and analyze for people in different levels the information exist in various dynamic service so as to make decisions contribute to optimize the production factors and to achieve a reasonable resource allocation. What we do is to make sure that enterprises can adapt themselves to the environment where market economic competitive changes in every second so that tremendous benefits can be obtained, and finally remain invincible.Such kind of issue has been raised for many years in European and American countries. In the 1960 s, the pose of MRP meant that the rudiment of enterprise informatization had shaped. While with the continuous development of computer networking technology(CNT), the internal information of enterprises can be totally shared and utilized. What’s more, each branch system of MRP has been unified gradually and a sub-system integrating purchase, storage, production, sale and engineering technology as well as finance has shaped,which then innovated the MRP Ⅱ system.Experience derived from both workers and computer operators who have worked for many years, combined with the development of computer software as well as the requirements based on the actual production, all of these contribute to the development of this enterprise information software for petroleum industry. This study will point out the problems met during the development of software and discuss how to solve them as well as the designing idea.This system software is based on Java language which is widely used and takes a large proportion of develop market. Besides, MVC-based frame with three-layer pattern Struts2+Spring+i Batis, My Sql stable version 5.5 for database and Tomcat6 as the deployment project of web application server are adopted. We take actual problems as the key point, solve problems by the system and speed up enterprise information construction so as to radically accelerate the resource production by means of its reasonable utilization. The author hopes to save some productivity by the application of this system software, to achieve interior reorganization of the whole industry, to improve people’s quality and finally to enhance the competitiveness of petroleum industry in this information age.
