Problem Posing & Principle Constructing Of Archives Informationalization Ethics

Aristotle said, human beings are the only survival depends mainly on technology. And "each technology is inclined to create a new human environment."(by Marshal Mcluhan). Following the development at full speed of the modern information technology, the human society has already stepped into a brand-new digitalized era.Construction of social informationalization engendered archives informationalization. The network space constructed by the network technology is a virtual space (cyberspace). People have built a variety of social relations in their process activities in the space. The characteristics of Archives Informationalization can be understood as a synthesis system taking the Archives Information Resources as the Core, basing on network, Relying on information talents,and applying information laws,standards as a guarantec.Whether the new network technology brings is a new modern civilization or endless trouble and disaster to mankind lies on people's foreseeing, understanding about network society and behavior choice entirely. The problems including diffusing of false, harmful and malicious information, the diversification of culture in the society, the protection of the rights of works, knowledge and the personal privacy in the network society, the security crisis of information (Such as: the economic crisis of network society, the virus of computer and the flaw of the network system and etc.), the deficiency of legal norms, the emotional dissimilation of the main bodies of network society, and addiction of the main bodies in network society, etc. have been seriously influencing the normal social orders and brought people living in the network society a serious threat. It is a theory mission and an up-to-date responsibility of the philosophy and humanities to intensify ethical exploring the problems in network society, to search the ethical solutions of the problems and to optimize human existing orders in Archives Informationalization society.This paper studies the ethical metaproblems of Archives-Info. from four facets. 1. Explaining the concept and basic connotation of the Archives Informationalization Ethics, laying out the main ethical problems existing in the Archives Informationalization, scoping the subjects of the Ethic, analysising the internal morality and external morality of Archives Informationalization. 2.The combinative use of the two theoretical analyses tools----Normative Ethics & Virtue Ethics---was applicable to prove the eyhics of Archives-Info. 3. Application of System Methods in analysising the activities of Archives Informationalization, revealling the studying surveys of four charactcristics of Archives-Info. Ethics.4. Constructing principle system of Archives Informationalization Ethics which include principle of man-oriented, harmlessness, fairess, informed consent and development.Human is the key factor to solve the Problem, and also is the key point to problem-solving. Purpose and meaning that this text studies are giving inspirations to all of us on the road of Archives Informationalization: "What should we do?" "What we ought to be?"
