Design And Realization Of Financial Management System In Petroleum Industry

This paper is based on the background of the comprehensive on-line operation project of Northwest China Petroleum Oil,and researching on the information service demand of Northwest China Petroleum,and combining ERP system to analyze the business demand and discussion on system design of northwest China Petroleum.And analyze the specific problems that arose during the process.From the current problems on the management of Northwest China Petroleum Company,the necessity of implementing ERP system in Northwest China Petroleum is analyzed objectively.By implementing ERP system Northwest China Petroleum Company which could combine business flow,data flow,information flow those three as one.There are many problems on data inconsistency,the inability to query,document cannot be traced back,reconciliation is complicated,and the report is effective in financial business processing of Northwest China Petroleum Company.By implementing ERP system in Northwest China Petroleum Company that has optimized the financial management from two aspects.On one hand,from the scientific and technological level,the ERP system can provide more sophisticated hardware facilities for financial operations.On the other hand,from the management level,the ERP system can able to conducive to standardize the standardization of data,to achieve a comprehensive query,document traceability,improve the reconciliation and statements,thus optimizing the steps of financial work,improving the efficiency of the work.Based on the analysis of the business requirements of Northwest China Petroleum Company and according to the modular function of ERP system to talk about the feasibility of ERP implementation.As for the specific demands of individual that need for customized development,so as to meet the business requirements of the Northwest China Petroleum Company.This paper also puts forward the business needs of Northwest China Petroleum Company.
