CNR Material Management Informationalization Research

According to the actual situation of CNR (China Northern locomotive & Rolling stock group corporation), this paper associates modern logistics conception and development specimen of CNR, managing, production, business affairs informationalization are primarily accomplished; informationalization of infrastructural facilities development is nearly finished; basic frame of digitized CNR is constructed; the total level of informationalization holds the leading place among the same profession.The object of scheme in this paper is in the following. Firstly, the informationalization management and the integral management of cash flow and logistics are accomplished. Secondly, scientific and reasonable total business process is designed, and then the flow is decomposed refined. Thirdly, satisfactory base archives information of materials, customer, supplier, department and employee are established. So, a basic plane for system operation is provided. Fourthly, the enterprises logistics, cash low and information flow operate synchronically are kept; the business management and financial management join closely. Fifthly, the enterprise business process is further optimized, and fundamental management work is refined, normalized and institutionalized. Finally, the enterprise manages logistics in the whole process dynamically. That is, predicting and planning beforehand, controlling in process and possessing budget management function such as analysis afterwards.By fact-finding, generalization, analysis on business of the material administration of CNR, along the mainline of logistics, cash flow and information flow, combining organization configuration, the system process proposed in this paper are demonstrated and optimized. By this mean, the logistics management system is developed. According to practical application, the logistics management system of CNR primarily includes purchasing management, stock management, sale management, inventory management, receivable management and payable management.Using the system developed in this paper, materials management modernization process of CNR is accelerated and existing materials sharing extent and worker efficiency is proposed. Moreover, the storage of traditional handmade material is reformed, and the decision level of material management is raised.
