Aerospace develops rapidly in recent years with the fiscal solvency enhanced and development of economy. The domestic electronic technique of aerospace tends to mature and the sampling frequency of data of remote sensing camera increases day by day. The data storage capacity and velocity become bigger and higher in order to save lots of original images of remote sensing camera in real time and steadily. Furthermore, the data storage system of remote sensing camera must be guarantee working normally even though in the complicated and wicked space environment and make sure that the original images is stored exactly. Many factors about consumption, volume, aseismicity of data storage device are taken into account based on the special work environment of the data storage system in remote sensing camera.The paper confirm specific technical index at first, and then design the overall structure of data storage system using FPGA as a control core and the solid NAND Flash as a storage medium. The key point of high-rate storage applying Flash array is added to the project, including two-plane operation and parallel technology and pipeline technology. The program speed of data storage array with NAND Flash is improved as result. ECC is applied in the design of data storage system in remote sensing camera to ensure data storage accurately. BCH encoder and decoder of 8 bits parallel is designed. 32 bits mistakes can be corrected in every data of 8Kb.The experiment proves that the data storage system in remote sensing camera designed in this paper can record mass data rapidly and steadily. Data storage capacity, program speed and error data reach the technical index above.
