With the rapid development of science and technology, gradually matured radar imaging system needs to obtain more information, so as to accurately determine the position, shape, motion and other parameters of the object. In order to obtain a more accurate target information and higher image resolution, we need high-speed storage system in real-time recording of data to get faster data sampling rate and wider data bandwidth. High-speed, large capacity, high-density, low power and low cost modern information storage system is one important part of high-speed data acquisition and other applications,which mainly include data accessment and memory control and management.The scheme of system and the mechanism of the designed storage board for high speed and large capacity are introduced in this paper.It uses FLASH as storage medium and FPGA as the processor of the storage array. For external high speed data input, the pipeline technique and the redundancy check method are used.Moreover,the invalid blocks of FLASH chips have been masked out too. System uses parity check and error correction technology to effectively improve the reliability of the high-speed data storage.Besides,the method of communication between PC host and storage board through USB and CPCI interfaces is also introduced. Then it gives the function of software and several key points of circuits design.Finally it summarizes the whole system characteristic and analyze the approaches for future improvement.
