With the development of social economy and the change of the social security situation, the safe-protection is more and more important. Video monitoring is one of the sword of public security dynamic prevention system, For video monitoring, the sharpness of the effective collected video image is undoubtedly the most critical technical elements and the image sharpness is the eternal pursuit of video monitoring. HD video monitoring technology obtained a major breakthrough, HD video monitoring gradually become the mainstream of the video monitoring market.Network technology, video encoding technology, high performance processor and manufacturing technology has made the opportunity for application of HD IP camera. This thesis will explore and study the key technology of HD IP camera, the main goal is to study the circuit design of HD IP camera on DSP embedded platform.Different from the previous 10MHz frequency processor, more and more circuit designed using 100MHz or even GHz level processor. Circuit design requires better method. Now we not only need to place component in limited space, but also focused on signal integrity. First, this thesis designed the schematic through the components selection. Then analysis of signal integrity of high speed circuit in camera. By understanding the characteristic impedance and signal transmission method, study on the reflection, crosstalk, delay and ground bounce of the signal. Through theoretical analysis, the preliminary design constraints are obtained. Then use HyperLynx to simulate the actual design of DDR2 high speed circuit. Using the pre-simulate and post-simulate of the simulation software to obtain the design rules of high speed signal on PCB, At the same time design for power integrity, by analyzing the number of decoupling capacitors and the DC voltage drop of the power plane, get the design method of core voltage. At the beginning of the design, get the right distribution of capacitor and power line constraint. Finally, the IP camera is finished under the guidance of many rules. Fast and efficient complete the design, through the reliability test proved that the design of the circuit is stable.
