Study On The Talent Construction Of Digital Editor

The development of information technology, especially the maturity of Web2.0 technology, makes the breadth and depth of media convergence grow deeply and develop rapidly in media industry. One of the key elements of media convergence is talent. In the process of network technology combine with information content, the new media editors and digital editors team of traditional media with digital transformation upgrading created. These two emerging integrative and innovative talents, have become the backbone of media convergence and publication fusion development. However, the system of the talents that support the development of the emerging industry, as well as the talent evaluation system, has not yet been formed. It needs new way of thinking, new method of training,new way of using and new management of measure according to the requirements of innovation driven, so as to resolve the bottleneck of the development of the industry personnel team, and promote the rapid and healthy development of the media industry. BJPPB and BJRSB actively promote the establishment of Digital Editing Titles, establish the evaluation and management system of the technical qualification for digital editing, promote the construction of digital editing talents. The author has the honor to participate in the work of compiling relevant guidance books, gets some perceptual cognition on construction of digital editing talents research, and needs a further study with subject features.This paper analyzes the composition of edit talent team in digital environment, describes the function of different social organizations which likes Industry, Politics and Academia, refines the characters of digital editor in the present time. From the UIG Triple Helix theory, the author observes the use, management and cultivation of the digital editor at this stage, analysis and carding the construction of digital editors in present situation, so as to build the collaborative innovation construction route digital editing talent from campus to career planning.
