According to the requirement analysis and detailed design, the software development of the system is finally realized. The research contents of this paper include the following three aspects:Firstly, analyze the requirement of enterprise collaborative office system. Specifically analyze the organizational structure and personnel positions, as well as user rights and the main functions of the various departments. This paper introduces the functional requirements of the cooperative office system, the function module and the access rights of users in different position, and analyzes the non functional requirements of the system. In addition, the business process of the system is given, which provides the basis for the detailed design and development.Secondly, detailed design of enterprise collaborative office system. Based on requirement analysis, the business process design of each department in the enterprise is carried out. Collaborative office system contains six modules. Message notification module provides enterprise information publishing platform, message notification and view; collaborative work module manages projects plan, formulates and checks affairs, and supports the progress tracking and management; form application module provides the creation and check of forms, and supports automatically management of the form approval and transfer; document center module provides editing and management documents online, support file transfer and approval of the automation management; scheduling module provides check and management functions of work plan and work log; session management module provides category view, support conference reservation and conference management.Through the structure diagram, flow chart, examples of the way to show the specific functional design, and each business is described in detail. Show the overall development of the database design, including database schema, database access operations, database form design. The design aims at guiding software development and the test of system.Thirdly, realize the enterprise collaborative office system. Based on the above analysis and design work, realize the software development. This system uses the Browser/Server architecture, the backstage service uses the Java language to write, and bottom data service uses the My SQL database, runs on the Tomcat server. Concretely realize the function of the user login authentication, message notification, collaborative work, application form, documents center, plan schedule, conference management. Show the system by the management interface screenshots and description of function. The system has been tested and applied in a practical environment.Based on the analysis of enterprise demand, this paper designs and implements the enterprise cooperative office system. Perfect system functions, stable operation, fit the needs of enterprise management, can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise office. The management interface is simple and beautiful, easy to operate, the requirements of the office computer hardware is low. The system uses open source software and mature development model, with low research and development cost, easy to expand and other advantages.
