In today’s society, the rapid development of Internet, resource sharing and information has brought the higher efficiency for the industry, provides a better choice for information communication and coordination between departments, so the operation and management system comes in.For the electrical industry, notice need to be issued quickly, the worker should be on duty24hours a day, equipment working in the high-risk environment, design and realize the electrical operation and management system is now imminent.In this paper, I investigate the demand, and strictly analyses the system’s requirement, then analysis, design and realize the electrical operation and management system based on object-oriented software engineering method.The characteristics of this paper are the realization of the integrated management, safety management,equipment management, specifically speaking,the system can be divided into training management, duty management, scheduling management, equipment management and emergency drills, this is the characteristics of the system.This paper I first introduces the electrical operation and management system’s development background, the current research status,the problems needed to be solved; Secondly,I researched the overall demand for electrical operation and management system, combined with the actual working regulations, devided the system into several functional module, and descript them in the use case; the realization technology of the system has been determined, finally I choose the technology of J2EE and B/S mode to design the system,then I designed the system’s architecture, analysis the key techniques, and use the class diagram and the sequence diagram to describe the electrical operation management system’s core functions modules, complete the design of the core functional modules of the system; the core function of the realization process and realization method are discussed, then I descripte the core code of the implementation, and list the results of the system tests in tabular forms; Finally, summarized my work in this project, and the extensions to electrical operation and management system are put forward.The system realizes the functions of the personal management, training management, notice management, duty management, equipment management and emergency drills. In view of the system’s require of the friendly interface, the business and data access, the paper completes the design and realization of electrical operation management system.Through the design and implementation of electrical operation and management system, this paper has completed the function of resource sharing, personnel management and working management, facilitates the communication between various departments, improves the efficiency of the whole company work.
