Design And Implementation Of Construction Company Cooperative Office System Based On J2EE

Along with the information technology advancing,the introduction of collaborative office management system helps to improve the enterprise office management level,to meet their internal management needs,the advantage in the market competition.An Architecture company in the office management is still using the traditional management model,greatly reduces the efficiency of the staff.In this paper,using the software engineering development method,system design and implementation of office automation management system in the Architecture company.Based on the construction of office automation in Architecture company as the research background,the research and analysis of functional requirements and implementation of Architecture company office automation.This paper focuses on the Architecture company daily business management function in coordination office system.In this paper,the author firstly research on digital network office system of the Architecture company,then carries on the demand analysis.System is mainly used JAVA,the interface is mainly used J2 EE technology,the interface is mainly used J2 EE technology,background database using SQL Server 2005.Finally,construct a collaborative office management system suitable for Architecture company.The design and implementation of collaborative work module,e-mail module,bulletin information management module,document management and document management module,application module form,schedule and conference management module and other functional modules of the system.The system has been officially launched operation,has been fully tested and used in the practical work,and the effect is good,have better evaluation of Architecture company staff of the various departments.Practice has proved,the system has real significance to improve the level of information management of the daily office Architecture company.
