The Design And Implementation Of Coordination Office System Based On JavaEE Platform

As computer techniques,communication techniques and network techniques keep advancing,the cooperative office system has become a kind of management software based on certain idea and model.It allows all staffs to share information more conveniently and quickly and work cooperatively more efficiently,thus transforming the miscellaneous and low-efficient manual office style and providing scientific basis for the realization of the all-around and efficient office model.By analyzing and researching into the cooperative office system for enterprises and combining the development projects which the author has taken part in,this thesis designs and develop a cooperative office system based on JavaEE.The cooperative office system includes office approval management model,office procedure management module,office process management module,office document management module,public administration module and system management module.Then,this thesis expounds on the multi-structureenterprise development process based on JavaEE,explores the software architecture,MVC model and JavaEE development model.The adoption of the WEB technique,namely Spring?MyBatis?Bootstrap?JQuery?CSS3 is compatible to the current mainstream browsers and cross-platforms.It can normally render on most mobile terminal devices.The interface features METRO design style.The flattening design concept is in line with the modern aesthetic concept.By strictly adhering to the MVC development standards,this paper separates the view from the controller to avoid the mix of Java codes in the.Jsp page.All the UI controls in the system are separated from the Java source codes.Users can self-define the UI or backstage functions.The clear structure and layers make it convenience for secondary developmentB/S structure is adopted to solve the problems of the cooperative office system in terms of the application deployment and the remote access and effectively support handling office affairs in a different place and mobile office handling.The comprehensive test of the cooperative office system software system ensures the final software system to meet demands of enterprises.The test of the system made up of several modules reveals the interplay between different modules.After integrating various system modules and verifying them,this thesis achieves the expected requirement.
