With the rapid development of social advancement and scientific technology,the number of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)in China is increasing,and the business transactions between enterprises are becoming more cumbersome.In recent years,the Internet has penetrated into many aspects of SMEs' daily work,such as research and development,production,supply chain,sales and after-sales service,etc.The office automation(OA)system is proposed to improve the management efficiency of SMEs,which in turn promotes the informationization of SMEs in the Internet plus era.In order to realize the business needs of SMEs informationization construction,a kind of cooperative office automation system,which takes enterprise purchasing and settlement as the main function business,is designed and developed based on the business demand of a small and medium-sized company.The system involves a series of online services between the main company and the cooperative company,including information authentication,signing of contract orders,settlement application,deduction and settlement,etc.Meanwhile,this system realizes the enterprise's demand for information construction of important business office automation.The main contributions and research work of this dissertation are as following:(1)Considering the problems of server processing ability and information security in the information construction of SMEs,a dynamic feedback load balancing strategy for servers is designed to improve the system of high concurrent processing capability,and an access control model based on user-role-privilege task is constructed to improve the system security.(2)Through the investigation of the procurement and settlement business of SMEs,the requirements of SMEs procurement settlement collaborative office system,which contain the overall function,necessary function,extended function and network performance of the system,are analyzed and obtained in this paper.And then divide the system function modules,including cooperative company certification management,procurement management,settlement management and settlement workflow management.(3)Based on the requirements analysis,combined with the research on the relevant technologies of the office automation system,this project is determined to adopt B/S architecture and J2 EE development mode,so as to construct the whole structure of the system,and then design the system by modules.(4)This system is developed in combination with SpringMVC,Spring,MyBatis,JavaScript,JSP,etc.The developed system is applicable to the business transactions between the main company and the cooperative company.The system test shows that it can meet the function demand and daily performance requirement of small and medium-sized enterprises.
