Design And Implementation Of Student Organizations Management System Based On Struts + Hibernate

In recent years, With the growing of science and technology, and constantly improve the education, the formation of a spiraling increase in the number of school community phenomenon, due to the traditional manual management mode can not meet the community daily workflow of today’s community colleges and universities.However, for today’s major colleges and universities in the community in terms of having a relatively large amount of data in general, more frequent interaction, random relatively strong data, workflow more complicated. Therefore, the development of an information management student association management system to improve the management of community colleges and universities is currently very necessary, so that the community management system will gradually replace the traditional manual management mode.The main function of the system designed in this paper is divided into the basic information management, conference management associations, community resources applications for approval management, community joint management, community activities management, communication management and system management of several modules. The system uses B / S architecture and MVC design framework to achieve the efficient management of student organizations. Use rights management technology in the design process, in the present system was designed five roles:ordinary members, visitors, community-linked administrators, community administrator(community cadres) and Xuegong Chu teacher, different roles have different operating authority using the system user is assigned the role of departments and strategy to the extent possible to ensure the safety of the system. Mysql database using database technology in terms of design, and the use of database connection pool technology to effectively avoid the peak system usage data may appear slow processing response times and other issues in terms of database access. This paperdescribes the development of technical systems, needs analysis, the overall functionality of each module system design, system design and detailed implementation details of each module of the system.The system is due to the use of the MVC design pattern structure, the system has the advantages of "high cohesion and low coupling", the system in the realization of system compatibility, run the function, load capacity and interface, and so has been fully tested. Through tests show that the system has some good responsiveness and compatibility, we actually meet the functional and non-functional business requirements needed to meet the relevant needs and social associations linked.Developed based on Struts + Hibernate framework of student organizations management system linking teachers and community college students provide instructions for application and review information platform to improve the management of student organizations played an important role.
