As one of the computer applications, MIS (Management Information System) becomes an important technique in many enterprises and organizations. With the extensive application of MIS, its limitation and deficiency in the architecture and computation mode are being discovered gradually, and directly influence the system applications. In order to solve these problems, this paper selects constructing mode as the research subject. Analyzing the characteristic of the architecture and computation mode of present MIS and combining the current research development of DB technology and software develop technology, this paper proposes a distributing mode, which based on data distributing and computation distributing and which different from traditional constructing mode, and bring the realization idea and performance ensuring methods.This paper uses Basic Information Management System of Personal Credit Collecting as a practice case, and analyze its developing background, then briefly presents the developing process including requirement analyzing, designs and realization of the software. According to the architecture of the system, basing on the enterprise's business peculiarity and system performance requirement, this thesis advances the distributing mode realization scheme: firstly, a distributed database system with "center—satellite" structure constructed based on the corporation's WAN according to its business. Secondly, the software system developed with admixture .computing model comprising two-tier mode and three-tier mode.Through two sides of theory and practice associated and analyzed, it's showed that distributed mode has an obvious advantage over traditional mode on general performance and running efficiency and there are some deficiency needing to amend.
