The people’s concept of environment protection is growing as increasingly prominent environment problem of our country. We focus on equipment management in the traditional laboratory management, mainly monitor whether environment parameters meet the condition of the normal operation of the equipment, but pay less attention to whether laboratories’ indoor air quality meets the requirement of people’s health. Good and bad lab environment directly affects the indoor personnel’s comfort, health and even their work efficiency. Under the background of the people-oriented management concept.humanist management idea also should be advocated in the laboratory management.So in this thesis we developed a set of remote monitoring management system, by which we can monitor the situation of laboratory environment and discover its alert.Now,at home and abroad the development of remote monitoring technology has been very mature and at the same time a lot of monitoring system softwares have emerged. By this system we can know the situation of a variety of laboratory environmental elements in a timely and effective manner and discover the alert in time when the exception of the lab environmental elements occurs, and it is convenient for the lab manager to handle the alert in time. So, in this thesis,the research and development of the system has important significance.The goal of this thesis is that we research and develop a set of system,by which in the local area network we can remotely monitor multiple environment parameters of the laboratories in real-time, control alarm and manage data. Closely around the goal in the thesis, firstly, we detailly introduce the system’s functional requirements in this thesis through understanding the specific situation of laboratory users’ requirements.We design the overal hardware architecture of the system in the thesis and we divide the system into each function module on the basis of detailed analysis to the system’s requirement.Then we detailly design client,server’s application program and database system, and implement part of the three function modules.Finally, in this thesis,we design each function module’s test cases of the system and run the test. The test’s results verify the correctness of the functions which are proposed in the requirement phase.
