Laboratory is an important place for colleges and universities to carry out research,practice and foster innovative talents.The construction of laboratory has been paid attention by the government and colleges and universities over years.Traditional laboratories have many problems in safety,management and environmental monitoring.Using modern informatization technology to realize the research,design and construction of laboratories has great significance and practical application value.Research work aims at the problems of wisdom,visualization,standardization and security of laboratories.People have accomplished the main following works:(1)The research and current situation of development of wisdom laboratory at home and abroad,and the current situation of development and application of Internet of Things are analyzed.Based on the background of the Internet of Things,this paper studies the wisdom laboratory,clarifies the basic concepts of the intelligent laboratory.Aiming at the problems existing in the laboratory,people take the perception layer,network layer and application layer of the Internet of Things as the design structure,the system scheme is formulated and the framework of the whole system is built.(2)The controller of the system is designed and developed on the platform of TPC7062Hn touch screen,and the control strategies of intelligent ventilation system in laboratory and intelligent power supply system are designed.The communication scheme is formulated,and the data communication protocol is designed to complete the data interaction between the controller and the server.Taking the fume hood as the research object,the intelligent control of the ventilation system is realized by establishing a mathematical model.The PID algorithm is improved to achieve stable and rapid control of the wind speed of the cover and reduce the energy consumption of the system.(3)The design of system server is completed on Visual Studio 2010 platform for PC client and mobile client access;PC remote monitoring design is completed based on C#language,laboratory admittance system and MSDS data handbook query system are added;mobile client design is completed by Android Studio 2.3 to realize the functions of real-time monitoring,data visualization,equipment control and failure warning and the multi-dimensional management in laboratory.(4)Functional testing and system perfection of the completely designed wisdom laboratory system are carried out to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system and achieve the expected objectives.
