With the continuous strengthening trend of economic integration, the urbanization process is gradually fastening, and the traditional game industry is changing quietly, which appears diversified features. Mobile games is increasingly concerned by people with large value space and wide development prospect. Meanwhile, with the development of economy, experience economy as a kind of new economy form is also coming quietly. It takes customers as center, starts from life and situation, creates sensory experience and think identity, so as to grasp customers’ attention, change the consummation behavior, and bring new survival value and space for products.Compared with other segmented market, mobile game market share keeps the continuous increasing trend, large numbers of entrepreneurial teams and traditional game developers step into mobile games. Under this great trend, a lot of new products of mobile game are listed, therefore the mobile game product’s distribution channels are numerous, and thus the diversified competitive pattern has basically been formed. With the characters of low research cost, low threshold, breaking down space limit, crossing platform and terminal, they not only make various game serving different user groups become the norm, but also lay "fast track" for the fast increasing of mobile game products. With the gradual popularity of mobile game market, mobile games have more selection types in the market, the targeted user group is wider and the occupied market share is gradually increasing. However, the development is limited by the product life cycling of current mobile game, some very hot games at first will rapidly fade out of people’s vision.Aiming at this situation, this paper sums up the research significance and background of thesis, meanwhile, it also elaborates the current research situation, research concept, target and content, defined range and methods in domestic and foreign countries. This paper starts from the principle of users interface design and product design, combining with the project War of Super Legends that the author practically participate, conducts behavior survey, data test, and analysis. At the same time, it conducts research, develop and optimization on this game. After this, it also conduct research on the product from daily active degree, download quantity, user retention rate, game playing methods, player’s hot degree, interface design, logic process design, resource optimization compression and many other factors. Then it takes the project as the example to discuss how to improve game retention rate and extend game life cycling, how to make the core playing methods become more attractive and make users really love it for a long time, etc. Finally it sums up the regularity, then makes further elaboration and suggestions on the design and optimization of mobile games.
