With the rapid development of the economy to lead humanity from the early era of product economy transition to now, with the experience economy era, human consumption view also changed, from a simple substance consumption pursuit rise to the pursuit of the growing spiritual and cultural consumption. Under this background, experience as a pursuit of spiritual and cultural a, businesses will seize the experience of selling point, as a value-added products to attract more customers for the purchase, so continuously improve customer experience is experience economy era of one of the important competitiveness.Today, the rise of the Internet is completely changing people’s way of life network by computer, smart TVs, mobile phones and other devices, every detail of daily life can be that digital, people can anytime, anywhere online to view the news, chat day shopping, viewing, and so on. Especially the popularity of mobile phones, people can in daily life with the help of mobile phone software program for fast and convenient consumption, such as buying food, advance booking, online booking, online shopping, online banking pay, and so. Whether it is shopping, social and work, more and more various functions of the software have mushroomed appear, users can according to their own preferences and needs to download, so the software requirements are also increasing, not only meet the simple experience, from the visual experience requirements are increasingly high.From the UI design of smart phone user experience point of view, first of all from the user experience theory, draws the conclusion that the user experience is a need to consider from the perspective of the overall concept, it is users in specific situations in the whole process of product use feeling in general collection. And theoretical research based on the user experience, through user research report, literature analysis and induction, case study, focusing on user experience in the smartphone UI design expression analysis of by three aspects of interaction, emotional and visual to elaborate the user experience in UI design expression, and puts forward the UI design process visual experience to optimize the importance of UI design, aiming at the future of smart phones in the UI design to provide theoretical support. In this paper also try to design experience and put forward a general definition, category, the visual experience is a kind of to people’s eyes to see the simple physiological activities and the complex mental activities each other under the effect of cognitive style, this way will by human senses, cultural background and external environment factors and constraints. Combined with the actual case analysis of the process of UI design should follow the visual flow and visual structure, to avoid the user’s visual fatigue experience, especially the user in the use of color fatigue process is easy to appear, reading and visual fatigue interference phenomena.Finally, to securities financial fiscal union software as the design practice, visual software interface is presented in this paper in the smartphone UI design experience the process theory as a guide to design and verify the UI design process in visual experience to optimize the importance of UI design, and for the future of smart phone UI design optimization provide theoretical support for the feasibility.
