In this paper, a detailed analysis of the ingot furnace technology principle and the characteristics of temperature, on the basis of in-depth study of traditional PID control, on the improvement of the fuzzy control theory is introduced into the PID control, in order to improve the automation degree of the system. Designed on the basis of the fuzzy PID control of the cascade control system, and the algorithms are simulated in matlab environment. This system USES PLC programmable controller as the system of the machine, the real-time control of furnace temperature and information collection, and exchange data with the upper machine, the temperature control algorithm according to the actual situation of furnace temperature to calculate the reasonable control parameter, then control information is sent to the actuator, actuator by adjusting the conduction Angle of silicon controlled rectifier to adjust the heating power, achieve good control of furnace temperature. Finally, based on the system in the test tube ingot furnace process experiments to verify the control performance of the system.
