The polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace is the key equipment in the solar photovoltaic field. The quality of the crystal growth in the process of polycrystalline silicon ingot indirectly determined the conversion efficiency of solar cells, while the precision of the ingot furnace temperature control directly affects the quality of crystal growth.This topic is about the design and research of the control system of the DDL-450polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace, including hardware and software designate of the control system and the analysis of the key technologies of the temperature control during the process of the crystal growth. According to the analysis temperature of the polycrystalline silicon ingot, the fuzzy control algorithm with variable coefficients PID is provided to achieve the precise control of temperature of the polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace. As the ingot is moving to the direction of large ingots including increasing volume or weight. The requirement to the furnace control is more and more strictly, The research and development of the furnace which is with advanced technology, precision temperature control and stable performance is very important to increase the degree of automation and quality of the equipment. Therefore, the polycrystalline silicon ingot furnace control system is deeply researched in this paper, including the hardware and software design of the control system and the solutions of the temperature control system.The system has been put into operation which is with reliable operation, accurate control precision, perfect software and simple operation. And the temperature control can fully meet the requirements of the crystal growth and also improve the product performance and quality.
