Application Research Of Intelligent Control In The Temperature Control System Of Annealing Furnace

Annealing furnace is an important equipment of metals heat treatment, and the temperature dynamic-characteristic has directly influenced the quality of production directly. It is difficult to obtain the accurate control of annealing furnace by PID controller. In production, the procedure of the system has many characters such as time variable, nonlinear and indefinite. In this article, the fuzzy adaptive PID controller, single neuron PID controller and fuzzy artificial immune PID controller were compared with general PID controller. All these intelligence controllers have been used to improve the adaptive and anti-jamming ability, which avoid the general PID controller disfigurement e.g. parameter isn't easily adjusted, badly adaptive ability when the work condition of annealing furnace changes.Fuzzy logic has feature of expressing knowledge easily, while artificial immune has good self-learning adaptive ability. A kind of new controller—fuzzy artificial immune controller has been designed by combining the feature of these two techniques. In traditional fuzzy control, unsuitable selected membership function and fuzzy rules will induce the control disfigurement, but the fuzzy artificial immune controller avoided it. It has a few fuzzy rules, good self-learning and nonlinear map ability. At the same time fuzzy adaptive PID controller and single neuron PID controller which were designed for more analysis.At last, to establish the model of annealing furnace system with Matlab simulation, Matlab simulation is used for general PID control system, fuzzy adaptive PID control system, single neuron PID control system and fuzzy artificial immune PID control system with Matlab. The result of the tests approved that the fuzzy artificial immune PID control system has the best control effect.
