Since the time of information age, e-HR arises at the historic moment, which promotes the human resources management in administrative affairs management to strategic human resources management transformation and greatly improve enterprise human resources management technology content and work efficiency to achieve the purpose of the enterprise management innovation concept.e-HR is a new model of human resources management, which is the only way of ascension and change in human resources management.Along with the computer network developed,e-commerce unprecedented development, the competition between the enterprises have gradually turned to the visible from the market network, and the corresponding enterprise management also went into the orbit information. Now more and more enterprises implement information management and the ERP systems,and the integration of the resources required in ERP, human resources is undoubtedly the most one, which is becoming more and more important.ERP system(Enterprise Resources Planning)based on information technology and advanced systematic strategic management ideas, provides decision means of operation management platform for enterprise management team and staff.SAP-ERP is the product of the German SAP company, which is the integration of the management philosophy and business process,basic data, computer hardware and software.Now, among the top more than 80 percent of the companies use SAP,90 percent of china’s state-owned and private enterprises use SAP. The implementation of advanced ERP system is the effective method of fully promoting enterprise’s, management level and enhancing the core competitiveness.This study is based on the case of A company, in the view of human resources implementation and management, analyzing the human resources strategic management thought of the SAP-HR system so as to prove that the SAP-HR system is the information method and important means of building human resources strategic management. From the analysis of A company before, then implement SAP-HR system, to the effect evaluation after implementation, we made detailed analysis for logical architecture. Finally, use KSF analysis method to analyze the key success factors of the SAP-HR system, the problems should be paid attention to, as well as the scientific conception of the human resource management.
