City construction is related to people’s living conditions, facilitate people’s travel modes. It is also a symbol of urban civilization, which is the best "name card" of the city.Urban construction will be accompanied by a variety of files. The classification management of archives can facilitate the construction work for the city, and it is conducive to the rapid development of urban construction. Files are recorded in the development and changes of the city; have an important impact on the heritage of urban civilization; the proper management of archives is regarded as the key indicator of urban construction. Rational management of archives, on one hand can improve the quality of management, on the other hand can also provide effective indicator for urban construction managers making the right decisions. The information and intelligence of archive management will be the basis for the continuous development of urban construction. There will appear a variety of information in urban construction archives, and the number of information is so large that we need to classify the different information, preparing for the post-administration. If information is not classified clearly, even we get rid of the manual operation; the management efficiency can not be effectively improved. The disorder of information makes search operation difficult, resulting in lower accuracy and higher administrative burden.The system mainly uses Visual Studio 2012, My SQL, MVC, Win Form and C # technology. The users are divided into system administrators, archivists and general users. System administrators include administrators and leaders. And they can manage normal operation of the system and each department relatively. Archive manager can perform file management, loan management and business management. Ordinary users are the main customers in the system, and have the right of viewing urban construction archives information with their own.The system functions are divided into archive management, loan management, business management and system management. Archive management is mainly designed for the archivist, consisting of classification management, retrieval management, and destruction management. According to the actual situation in Xinzhou city construction, the file information is put into city survey, municipal engineering, utilities, transportation and so on. Retrieving management is divided into local search, simple retrieval, cross-database search, advanced search. File transfer management is made up of information adding, modifying, querying and statistics. Destruction management is designed for destroying repealed and wrong archives, including querying, adding, modifying and deleting destruction information. Loan management also comprises loan registration, return, and recall. Business management includes file transfer, file acceptance, information statistics and printing. System management contains user management, organization management, rights management, data recovery.This paper also elaborates non-functional requirements from the point of stability, security, scalability, reliability; designs system with Win Form technology. Simple interface is attractive and easy to use; we also use black box testing method to test the main functions of the system. Testing results meet customer needs basically, reflecting the system development significance. |
