Since the reform and opening up, China has made a transition from planned economy to market economy, the social economy of our country has made great development. But in the process of market reform, has brought opportunities and challenges to the enterprise of our country, the competition between enterprises. Commercial banks as an important part of China’s financial industry, in the market of in the process of reform in China has gradually opened up to foreign capital banks and reduce the barriers to entry in the banking industry, and bring the fierce competition to commercial banks. China’s commercial banks to develop in the fierce competition in the market opportunity, we must enhance the core competitiveness of banks. Talent is one of the core elements of the competition between enterprises in the future, especially for banking of the homogenization of the competition, talent competition is the focus of future competition in the banking sector. Therefore, our country commercial bank must based on modern human resources management philosophy, combined with modern information technology, the construction of a human resources management system, to provide decision support for the human resource management of the commercial banks, in order to enhance the level of human resource management of the commercial bank, realize the human resources management of the commercial bank information, standardization, intelligent, and enhance the core competitiveness of commercial banks. Therefore, the development of human resource management system has important strategic significance for the development of commercial banks.Commercial bank human resources management system development on the software engineering theory as a guide, SJ bank human resources information management needs based, with the B / s system structure, ASP. Net technology, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database management system as a means of realization, SJ bank human resources management provides an information solutions. The system includes personnel management, attendance scheduling management, salary management of social security, human resources collaborative management, performance management, system management system module, module function of the system through SJ bank in the process of human resource management, comprehensive realization of SJ Bank of the human resources management process informationization, automation, SJ bank human resources management provides a scientific decision support system.In this paper, uphold the concept of software engineering, the development process of human resource management of commercial banks in detail. In the requirement analysis phase based on the human resource management system for SJ bank demand research, clarifies the function of bank SJ system and non functional requirements, determine the logical structure of the system; complete the overall design of system structure, network structure, system function and structure in the system design stage, and on the basis of system function structure the, launched a detailed design for the 6 system modules, the database design is completed according to the demand of data; in the implementation phase of the system to realize the coding and page system through the software development technology and development tools; in the system testing phase through the test method, the test environment for system function the performance and security, launched a strict test. The test results show that the system has reached SJ, the Bank of human resources information management needs, can be officially launched operation.
