Underground pipeline its unique concealment, pipeline, and especially not easy to management and maintenance, but urban scale continued to accelerate in the pipeline also intricate growth, led directly to the underground pipeline leakage rate remains stubbornly high, pipeline safety hazards can not be found in the current situation and how to effective and reasonable, safety management and planning of pipeline has become urgent problems need to be solved. Traditional two-dimensional display of the pipe network can not meet the actual application needs, the two-dimensional pipeline can not express the high relationship between pipelines, which can not reflect the relationship between the weight of the pipeline, when the water supply pipeline is covered in the upper layer, will cause irreparable damage. We only use a more three-dimensional, true and intuitive three-dimensional pipeline, it can express the complex relationship between the pipeline. Underground 3D visualization system is the need of urban construction and sustainable development, and it is also the main demand of improving city function and effective development and use of underground space and safe and reasonable protection of underground pipelines. Use more convenient and more modern pipeline management, which is more convenient and convenient for urban pipeline construction and management. In order to build a more reasonable and scientific city to provide an important basis for planning. Reduce the ground, the excavation of the ground, reduce the safety hazard of personnel. Improving the scientific nature of the project and the project has been an accurate judgment, reduce the economic loss of urban pipeline disaster accident. Key technologies include service oriented architecture, mass spatial data management based on network, 3D spatial organization technology, 3D visualization and virtual machine technology. The overall design of the system follows the principles of standards, openness, security, etc., in the needs analysis and system design, the system development and database construction, and then through the system testing, personnel training, testing, acceptance and other processes, through the acceptance, the beginning of formal operation. In the function and the realization aspect mainly introduces the basic operation of the system, including browsing, view display, query and analysis function, the amount of calculation and editing functions. The research results and the existing problems are summarized, and the construction of three-dimensional underground pipeline system provides technical support for the urban planning.
