The underground pipe network of a city is the economic lifeline of the whole city and an important part of the urban public infrastructure.Since China's reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development and the acceleration of urbanization,the types and numbers of urban underground pipelines have been greatly increased.The real-time management of a variety of complex underground pipeline status and information,making the city's economic lifeline safe and stable for the people,is the basic requirement to achieve the sustainable development of China's cities.At present,most of the underground pipelines in our country are managed by two-dimensional flat platform,which is not three-dimensional,and when the underground resources are under construction and development,because there is no way to see the distribution of the underground pipelines directly and clearly,it often leads to accidents,which may affect the daily life of the residents,or cause losses to the state property It is to produce casualties,so 3D visualization management of underground pipe network is imperative.In this paper,based on the daily needs of urban underground pipeline management,a 3D visualization system of underground pipeline network is designed and developed by using 3D GIS technology.The work of this paper is as follows: firstly,the current mainstream data conversion platform is analyzed when preprocessing the data,and finally Arc GIS platform is adopted;secondly,after using Arc GIS platform to get the data format needed for development,the characteristics of underground pipe network are summarized,and the data format of "two points and one line" is used for the pipeline data;thirdly,terrabuilder and terraexplorer are used for the pipeline data Pro builds the 3D scene on the ground and realizes the 3D display of the map.Finally,it makes a detailed analysis of the terrain explorer The second development of Pro realizes the management and analysis of the system to the underground pipeline;in the analysis of the traditional underground pipeline network explosion,it is found that most of the decision-making of valve closing has not taken into account the flow direction of the pipe body.According to the actual situation,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional method,and then analyzes the valve closing according to different situations.The 3D visualization system of underground pipeline network based on GIS designed and developed in this paper can show the urban underground pipeline directly and clearly to the users.It can not only query,edit and count the spatial and attribute information of underground pipeline,but also has its own spatial analysis ability.In the analysis function of the system,according to whether the underground pipeline has flow direction,or flow To find out whether it has practical significance or not,different methods of pipe bursting and valve closing are given to speed up the efficiency of emergency repair.The system can be used as a decision-making tool to play a good supporting role for the construction of information-based city planning,so that the city's planning management ability can be further improved.
