The Design And Implement Of Fixed Asset Management System Based On Android Platform

With the continuous development of enterprise information service, the promotion of enterprise digital efficient management is one of the important signs to measure the level of enterprise development. How to manage the enterprise assets through information work has become an urgent need for enterprises and industries. The assets management system is designed and implemented based on the Android platform and also used the actual assets management experience and the construction of the relevant system in the high technology research institute of Heilongjiang Sciences Academy.The system of assets management system is designed and implemented based on Android platform. It is divided into two parts, which are enterprise service subsystem and Android client. The enterprise service subsystem is responsible for data processing, data storage management, data storage management, data statistics, users and rights management. The Android client part is responsible for the realization of asset management business display and processing, which is suitable for personnel who use assets, and include the functions of system login function, assets list function, assets storage management functions, asset search function, etc..From the point of view of software engineering practice, this paper introduces the whole software engineering development details of assets management system, including the process of requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and so on. In addition, the author also makes a theoretical analysis of the development direction, development trend and the current technological progress of the asset management industry, and analyzes the contents of the management process, the management personnel and the authority of the system.This paper’s assets management system has three obvious characteristics:(1) the author carried out a comb for the assets management work and designed asset management system which can provide data services for third party business systems;(2) the design and implementation of the mobile client was to facilitate the acquisition, query and management of asset data and improved the work efficiency of personnel;(3) the paper used QR-code technology to design the assets label to obtain the uniqueness, and then based on the QR-code technology and map technology to achieve the asset utilization management and assets location management, which improve asset management level.The asset management system based on Android platform has been put into operation in the high tech Research Institute of Heilongjiang Sciences Academy. The entire asset management system achieves the horizontal management of all assets, and makes the authority of the device not to focus on the management, which not only improves the comprehensive utilization of equipment, but also improves the efficiency of the personnel.
