Design And Implementation Of Asset Management System For Dalian University Of Technology On The Mobile Terminal

Today, with the rapid development of the construction and research activities of the University of the increasing cost of funds and the need to increase accordingly, which is the material basis upon which the university’s survival and development, and the number and range of asset management is also a corresponding increase in, its importance has repeatedly attention. On the one hand the use of scientific management costs urgent need to improve and fine. On the other hand, presents data constitute massive funding and diversification momentum. For now, most colleges and universities asset management is still stuck in the traditional manual management and simple information processing stage, which is a direct result of repeat purchase, financing abuse, idleness, and inflated the value of assets loss and many other problems.To solve the problems above, while taking into account the actual needs of Dalian University of asset management as well as the convenience of staff, based on mobile terminals under the B/S system, asset management system came into being, this management system is under development environment ANDROID J2EE technology using SSH (Spring, Struts, Hibernate) to achieve. Core features of this system include the following three parts, namely the budget reimbursement management, general asset management, general management. Which reimbursement budget management including budget deal, the borrower treatment, expense reimbursement processing; Universal Asset Management include: configurations, data statistics, the use of disposal; General Service Administration:user permission settings, daily press releases, file upload and download. Set the relative needs of different users permissions for, mainly divided into two categories:general users and administrators. The general users complete the common operations. The administrator is responsible to review and verify the business needs and has the highest authority in the asset management system.Implementation and Application of Dalian University of Technology Asset Management system fully reflects the software engineering and object-oriented thinking, asset management functions and the corresponding expansion interface clarity.
