Design And Implementation Of Assets Management System For Enterprise Based On Bar Code Technology

Fixed assets is the main labor material in enterprise production and operating activities, and the management of fixed assets is an unavoidable problem of any enterprises or institutions. At present, national information technology degree is not enough, many enterprises have depended on manual bookkeeping of fixed assets management that takes up a lot of manpower and material resources, and still exists a lot of problems.This paper based on the actual needs of enterprises, designs a bar code assets management system. The system is designed to solve the problem of so many confusing documents in the traditional asset management that makes difficulties in assets check, assets statistics and assets management. This system mainly designs six major module of process management, bar code management, report management, daily business management, assets inventory and repair management. Process management module designs a workflow engine that all business processes are driven by. For example, launch business, submit, the task distribution and message notification are driven by the workflow engine to perform. Bar code management module mainly completes the barcode production, the specified tag format, and bar code printing function. The report module is to complete the generation and query of report. The daily business management module is to realize the assets allocation, leasing, and inventory. Assets inventory module makes convenient for asset management unit to complete fixed assets check. Maintenance plan module realizes to make the maintenance easily in the entire maintenance business. By using this system, the enterprise can monitor the whole assets management, realize the card, the account, and the assets to be identical. This system provides a powerful guarantee for the enterprise assets management efficiency, and improves the management level.This system based on the design specifications and the unified coding, uses the modular design method, so that the whole architecture of the system is clearly divided. We uses the Windows platform as operating system, Oracle as the background database, Studio.NET for system design, Visual ADO.NET and C# as the development tools.
