With the rapid development of information technology and network technology,they are applied to all fields and levels of society.The mode of industrial production and management has also changed a lot.Production and management information has become an important part in the current social economy and production competition.Asset management is an important component of school daily office.How to combine asset and equipment management with information technology to realize the information management of different types,models and scales of assets has become one of the important work contents of asset management center and management information.Therefore,establishing a good asset management system is an indispensable part and inevitable result of asset and equipment management information and automation of the college ?This paper combines the actual needs of the school.First of all,the necessity and urgency of the research on the asset management information system of the college are described.By using the method of literature analysis,the current situation of the research on the equipment management system at home and abroad is analyzed,and the research framework and content of this paper is proposed.Next,the core technology foundation of this paper is introduced.On this basis,the needs of the asset management platform are analyzed in combination with the actual needs of the college The core technology is used to design the whole system and each function module,and the design is realized to achieve the demand analysis.This paper analyzes the business case with UML modeling method,uses JAVAEE development technology,two-dimensional code technology,database for data storage,and uses mobile terminal technology to realize the college asset management platform.The main function modules of the platform include item parameter setting,item planning,item purchasing,QR code scanning,item management,item scrapping,system listing,department management,position management,personnel management,report management and other functions.This paper focuses on the construction of the asset management platform based on QR code,analyzes the existing asset management needs of the college,studies the practical asset management process,integrates,integrates and optimizes the asset management business of the college with QR code technology to provide the asset management platform for all teachers and students of the college,and brings efficient and convenient asset management services for teachers and students of the campus.In the future,the asset management platform based on QR code will be developed to be more secure,flexible and adaptive,which can better meet the needs of college asset management.
