| In recent years, the Chinese government has continued to increase investment in education field, especially in the aspect of the software and hardware construction of primary and middle school. The fixed assets scale is continually expanding, composition of asset more and more complex in the school. Interscholastic cooperation between primary and middle schools has become more common. These factors have led to the school fixed assets management is more and more complex. On the other hand, The development of China’s economy in the rapid, social system, educational system reform deepening. The administrative departments responsible for education have put forward higher requirements for the asset management and the use process. In the asset declaration, distribution, depreciation, circulation and other stages need more standardized management style. Therefore, the school asset management work can not be confined to the traditional manual management style, but to make use of information and network technology rapid development in recent years, with advanced and scientific management methods fusion into the school asset management work, utilization of network assets management system makes the school resources to be used more reasonable.This thesis consists of five parts in structure. First the paper analyzes the background of the project, and the current domestic and foreign development status about asset management. And then this paper introduces the key technology, focuses on the realization method and the advantages and disadvantages of the common assets management system, and the paper introduced the key technologies involved in the realization of barcode asset management system based on Browser/Server framework. The development of asset management system is satisfied the basic needs of the asset management works at first. These works include assets declaration, assets registration, assets change, assets depreciation, assets disposal, assets audit, statistical analysis, information query and so on. At the same time in the use of the assets management system, the system should be convenient, efficient, don’t add extra burden to the asset management work. In this paper introduces the asset management system based on B/S framework is make full use of the characterisitcs of convenient, flexible, efficient under network source environment system. The uses of barcode technology to improve the efficiency of information collection, standard whole asset management process, improve the overall management level.Finally, the paper gives the summary and prospect about effect of the asset management system in school actual asset management work. |
