| Along with the continuously reflect the advantage of computer technology,more and more areas to promote the informatization construction which includes the government assets management department.At present,the Government departments still use manual method to manage asset,it has many defects,so it is a trend to introduce asset management system.At the same time,the intelligent terminal is used more and more widely,through the intelligent terminal to deal with asset management business and convenient,more effective.Based on the above background,the leader decides to build assets management system.The thesis introduces the construction of asset management system from requirement analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.In the requirements analysis phase,the system function is certain which consists of system management,asset usage management,asset inventory,asset warning,and basic information management.In terms of system performance,the response time and the number of concurrent users are certain.Then the system design is completed which consists of function architecture design,module design,and database design.According to the design scheme,assets management system is implemented,the mobile terminal is implemented based on Android platform,the server terminal is implemented by J2EE platform,and the SQL Server2012 is used to store data.When the system is implemented,the system testing is carried out which consists of function testing and performance testing.The performance testing is carried out by Load runner.The valuable work as follows:the third party gateway technology is used to implement assets warning function,the HTTP protocol is used to implement interactive function,the AHP method and neural network algorithm are used to support purchasing.After the implementation of the project,the asset management system has achieved remarkable results,which significantly improve the level of the government’s assets management. |
