With the rapid development of the computer technology,in order to improve management efficiency,and reduce operating costs,more and more fields introduce information system which includes government assets management department.The existing asset management system is implemented based on the C/S model,so the asset data can not been shared,and the asset management business must been completed in the designated office.With the growing popularity of intelligent terminals,the existing model can not meet the need of government assets management department.Based on this,the Department leadership decides to introduce assets management system.The asset management system consists of server terminal and the mobile terminal.The server terminal is implemented by J2EE、SQL Server2012,and B/S.The mobile terminal is implemented by Android,SQLite technology.The asset management system is composed of security protection,asset management,asset report,asset warning,and basic data management.The thesis has done the following work:(1)In order to improve asset utilization,the short message notification and mail notification is introduced which can send warning information to asset manager.In order to send large short message,the blocking queue technology is introduced.(2)The system provides security protection scheme which includes parallel server technology and backup strategy.(3)The post method is used to realize the data exchange between the server and the mobile terminal which is provided by HTTP technology.The asset management system has been applied to government assets management department which can improve the management level.
