With the continuous development of information technology, our country public security departments have been significantly speeding up the pace of their information construction, performance appraisal information system has become one of important ways to enhance the team executive force. The old artificial way of performance appraisal has been taken place by performance appraisal information system, which is helpful to improve the work efficiency of performance appraisal and reduce the cost of appraisal.This topic is design and implementation of performance appraisal information system of Public Security Bureau of Mount Lu District of Jiujiang. Based on the in-depth study of domestic and foreign performance appraisal information system, this article puts forward the solution based on ASP.NET MVC framework and improved PetaPoco framework to implement the police performance appraisal information system. The system has good practicability, scalability and maintainability.This article first analyzes the research background and significance, domestic and foreign police performance appraisal and police performance appraisal information system research present situation, and then combines with the actual situation of Public Security Bureau of Mount Lu District of Jiujiang, has a deep research on demand characteristics of each post, designs a suit of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal index system, introduces MVC 〠ASP.NET MVC 〠PetaPoco and UML technologies in detail, then elaborates the needs analysis of performance appraisal information system of Public Security Bureau of Mount Lu District of Jiujiang from feasibility study, business process analysis, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, according to the needs of users, determines to adopt the B/S model and the three layer architecture to implement the performance appraisal system. On this basis, designs the system functions and system database in detail, on.NET platform using C# language, Visual Studio 2010 development tool and Oracle 11 g database,achieves the performance appraisal system of Public Security Bureau of Mount Lu District of Jiujiang, and tests the system again and again. Finally, this articlesummarizes the research work and indicates the shortcomings of the current system and the future research work.The system has been put into practical use in Public Security Bureau of Mount Lu District of Jiujiang and has achieved good application results, realizes performance appraisal informationization, improves the efficiency and quality of performance appraisal, meets the scientific management requirements of Public Security Bureau of Mount Lu District of Jiujiang, achieves the expected effect of system design. The system has the advantages of simple operation, security, stability, has a good practical value, and gets a good evaluation in public security departments. |
