The project gave entire requirement analysis and design to its 4 sub-systems, and found out a fittest way to get requirement, this way is based on modern software engineering method of problem-analysis and on multi-way of requirement enlightening.The project gave background and meaning of project development, found out some question and shortage of most performance assessment system by comparing other performance assessment system, and confirmed the characters and main tasks which need to settle by TMS. The paper described whole system briefly, gave detailed statement to requirement analysis and enlightening, architecture design, etc. For business difficulty the project designed a better performance assessment model; at last, gave UML description to some representative instants design and implement.The main work of this project has several aspects as follows:1. Some research and implement in requirement enlightening, acquirement and develop model.This project combined the software engineering skill of requirement obtain and RUP develop model with agile ideas. On one hand, agile model can deal with the uncertainty by a macro way; on the other hand, modern software engineering skill of requirement obtaining can give more help to some mature business by a micro way.2. Implementation of structure of B/S.The maim actor is not only including managers and employers, but including many bases distributing all over the country. Because of the characters of multi-actors, platform-striding and relative steady of less managers, the project adopt structure of B/S based on.NET FRAMEWORK.3. Implement of business report formsThe project applied iReport and jasperReport to carry out form's function such as web-submission, auto-creation, previewing, printing, downloading and educing. |
