Higher manufacture safety and modernized management level is required with the improvement of industrial technology. As the utilized range of information collection system expanded, Not only a single signal is required to acquire a single signal, but it is also required to collect multiple signals at the same time, so that the whole information could be handled by the monitoring stuff. There are numerous kind of available data collection system terminals, however, most of the terminals mentioned above exhibit poor service behavior such as low CPU frequency and limited processing ability. Moreover, real time data transmission could not completely implemented resulted from oversize data of one signal. Accordingly, this paper mainly focused on I2 S bus equipment information acquisition and control system and eventually achieved a highly reliable system terminal that could process oversize data in real time by the combination of embedded technology and measurement and control technology.Firstly, This paper proposed overall design scheme according to the state of research and development in information collection system introduced in the paper. Upper and lower computers were used for hardware solution, Au1250 processor was chosen to be upper computer and STM32 chip microcomputer acted as lower computer. As to the software solution, the operating system was Windows C E and development platform was NET.Second,This paper mainly studied the following several modules in the system mentioned above: data collection module based on I2 S bus and data transmission by different channel, DMA module during data transmission, development I2 S bus audio driver of windows C E system, Research on automatic recognition system of equipment.Define protocol and interface of I2 S bus and the data format of communication between upper and lower computers was regulated after the investigation of the four modules above. Subsequently the developing environment and the software developing tools were determined and finally accomplished the transplant of Windows CE operating system BSP and the scheme of kernel upgrade loading triumphantly.Finally, The test result of all modules in the newly developed information collection and control system terminal and application example of the above system in industrial production indicted that the results of the study were reliable and practical.
