Design And Implementation Of OPC Data Collection

With the development of computer technology and process control system, personal computer is too expensive for the data collection, so the article takes on the mission of solving how to develop the OPC (OLE for Process Control) data collection with the embedded system. First the article introduces the producing background of OPC, main characteristics and development condition of OPC technique, then analyzes its core COM/DCOM technique and Windows CE system. According to the characteristic of Windows CE and OPC, a Windows CE-based OPC data collection methodology was proposed after analyzing problems existing in the current industry control. It is a new way of data collection, and has a great application prospect.This thesis also provides a module of low coupling and high cohesion through class diagram and sequence diagram, proxy and factory patterns are also used in this system. At last the paper gives out some key codes of system, and detail explanation of functions.
