With the progress of science and technology, media transmission channel is more and more diversified. Wireless radio and television has become into a vulnerable position in the process of fierce competition with cable TV, Internet. Because of in a institution, the worker’s competitive consciousness is poor, work enthusiasm is low, muddle along thought is serious. An effective performance appraisal system is needed to boost the staff’s work enthusiasm, improve the working face,so it can promote of the competitiveness of the unit.Firstly, the concept of performance appraisal are introduced, a clear assessment of the theoretical and practical significance, and locate the transmitter properties. Then, the status of the transmitting station for analysis, found the problems are: no one responsible for the appraisal, causing no strict procedures of examination, examination results of strong randomness; evaluation results can not get effective feedback, improve not to work; evaluation index design is not scientific, no focus on outstanding work; human factors the evaluation process is bigger, have the tendency of equalitarianism. Finally, in view of the above problems, make analysis and put forward their views. We should set up a special evaluation group, the evaluation process can be temporarily room person in charge, but need to be responsible for this matter, to enhance professional; and then all of the positions are analyzed, and clear the responsibilities and skills requirements, puts forward the focus of examination; in addition, feedback assessment and system, the need for people with specialized communication room personnel, to analyze the problems of the department store and special problem, improve the appraisal index design, according to the department needs improvement analysis the reason and formulate corresponding strategies and personal improvement suggestions.The significance of reference to the performance appraisal implementation and practice in the institution in theory, and promote the development of performance appraisal institutions. With the development of the reform of institutions, personnel quality and the overall competitiveness of a unit. The unit after the reform can stand on your feet. And then the development of the cause, also hope to the unit staff future groped for a way.
