Aimed at the needs of the battlefield environment, a design of wearable computer was proposed based on embedded system, accomplished the design of DSP video processing system and the integrated design of WBAN, realization the audio and video processing and wireless transmission.Proposed the wearable computer based on ARM processor design, with embedded real-time operating system, completed the development of the driver of LCD、USB、UART. Designed the video processing system based on DM642, used the CCS for the initialization of BIOS system、memory address mapping、API function calls, set the video channel、decode format、image compressing rate, accomplished JPEG image compressing algorithm to enhance the video processing ability of the wearable computer. Used the CPLD to simulate the communication protocol of IIC and IIS, to realize the parallel-to-serial algorithm of audio and video data based on CPLD, accomplished the integrated design if wearable computer and WBAN. In order to improve the EMC of hardware circuit, archived high-speed PCB simulation of hardware system with Cadence. Accomplished the every function module of wearable computer’s debugging and testing, the result shows that the wearable computer can access to the ability needs.
