The Research Of Wireless Communication Modular And Network Technology Of Wearable Computer

Wearable Computer is a personal mobile computing system characterized by micro, wearability, perfect wedding and coordination between human and computer. It is the unavoidable product of the concept "Computing should fit human and contribute to the combination between human and machine". Wearable computer introduce a novel computing concept and mode which extends classic desktop and mobile computing on concept, architecture, human-computer relation, communicating way, function, application area, and the method of design and development as well. The widen computer application area and extended computer function brought by wearable computer presents new subject and challenge for computer science and technology.Because of its intrinsic characteristic of mobility and wearability, wearable computer is greatly relied on wireless communication technology to realize coordinated work and information transmission and sharing. At present, the research on wearable computer is still located on starting phase and the wireless network communication technology adapted for wearable computer is not mature. In order to put forward wireless network communication solution for wearable computer, the main works of this paper is as follows:1. Based on collected and read literatures, this paper summarizes the characteristics of wearable computer. The requirements to wireless communication network solution are also presented based on analysis and comparison among modern wireless communication technologies.2. The wireless communication network solution for wearable computer is presented according to the Netdaily-â…¢ laboratory experiment system.3. According to the intrinsic characteristics of wearable computer, mobile Ad hoc network is introduced to the wireless communication network of wearable computer. Based on collected and read literatures, this paper gives the analysis of its characteristics, architecture, security problem, QoS problem, and comparison among present popular wireless Ad hoc routing algorithm as well. 4. According to the characteristics of wireless network situation of wearable computer, this paper comes up with a wireless network frame for wearable computer based on LSR (Link State Routing protocol). It can realize smooth switch betweenpreactive and reactive routing strategy according to different network topology. Furthermore, this paper introduces two effective routing selected criteria: wireless link quality and wireless link lifetime to LSR. Relied on above criteria, wearable computer can realize routing information exchange, computing, discovery and maintenance.
