In the traditional industry, it is a problem that the communication mode and format are different in field bus and sensors are not compatible with different bus type. In order to resolve the problem, the paper proposes a sensor network system based on the standard of IEEE1451.2. According to interference environment of factory, it uses the common power line carrier communication technology. This technology is good for sensor network system to improve power line multi-function and anti-jamming. The sensor network system ensures commonality, rapidly expanding, easy maintenance and reliable for industrial production equipment.Based on the standard of IEEE1451.2, the system mainly designs two parts: network controller module and sensor network terminal module. The network controller exchanges the data between sensor network system and server. The whole sensor network system can constitute one or more sensor network terminals. It has two functions: one is communicated with network controller by common power line carrier communication technology. The other is data acquisition, actuator control and data processing. The two functions are corresponding network interface module and intelligent sensor module. The intelligent sensor module designs basing on STM32F103 chip which includes AD acquisition and IO channels. According to the storage of TEDS, the chip can package the collect data by network communication custom formats or resolve control commands from network controller. Server application displays, storages and manages the sensors data, controls the actuator behavior status and administrates the whole sensor network.In the factory of strong interference environment, the sensor network system made experiments on static performance index and dynamic state step test of pressure sensor, the control test of buzzer and LCD. The results showed that the five vendors static indicators of pressure sensor had was in a given range from producer and the dynamic step test had compared with PCI1602 boards in SNR increased by 33.1%, SME decreased by 42%. The server program could realize the control of buzzer sound and LCD light. Therefore, the sensor network system met the design requirements, implemented power line carrier data transmission and anti-jamming, solved the problems existing in the traditional industrial bus field.
