For inquire deeply characteristic and parameter of flight vehicle each part when launchworks, in order to discovery flight vehicle's question early in launch time, thus avoids losingsignificantly. Union present domestic and foreign digit sensor's research present situation andtrend of development , through to IEEE1451.4 standard deep research ,this thesis proposesone kind digital sensor design proposal based on the IEEE1451.4 standard interface .The plan adopting the structure design and based on the design mode of foundation testplus expansion test, the design of hardware modulation, connection standardization,functional software as well as test procedure visualization are realized. Making use of thestandard computer communication interface, depending upon the high program control abilityof microcontroller and the high flexibility of C, the task about simulation signal sources ' real-time gathering, analyzing, processing and demonstrating measured signals is accomplished.The design scheme not only saves the system development cost and shortens the developmentcycle, but also improves system reliability and maintainability.The thesis has designed one plan of sensor digitization based on the IEEE1451.4standard interface,carried on the design from the total design of plan , the design of hardwareplatform and the system's key technologies realized separately. There are two parts inhardware, which is sensor equipment and testfacility. Sensor device fulfill exportingacceleration simulated signal to acceleration sensor, do signal-conditioning, analog-to-digitalconversion and data transmission, output the simulated signals those have finished signaladjust by the sensors and some specific digital signals to the IEEE1451.4 mixed interface.Test equipment is responsible for the communication between sensors and host computer,achieving the store and analysis for digital signal; and also responsible for the communicationbetween sensors and Labview platform, achieving the self-identification and sensorcalibration. This thesis focuses on description for sensor device hardware circuitry, respectively, designed from the control circuit, signal conditioning circuit, AD convertercircuit, interface circuit and power supply to achieve the design requirement. In the hardwarecircuit design of test equipment, mainly accomplished the storage circuit, a serial circuitdesign. In addition, focusing on front-end analog signal conditioning, the design of digitaltransmission interface and digital sensor TEDS interface development platform. Provedthrough the experiment that this thesis realized digital sensor design based on the IEEE1451.4standard interface, the plan of design has been practical and feasible.
