With the rapid development of information technology and computer network technology, profound changes have taken place in manufacturing are also, networked manufacturing is becoming a new manufacturing mode. Networked manufacturing system by integrating multiple, heterogeneous and distributed manufacturing resources, based on computer network link, through the way of Internet, formed an open, multiple platforms, collaborate, and can quickly response to customer requirements of the system. Networked manufacturing is a new field, as a result of networked manufacturing system involving a large number of CAD model and the data, they are companies and designers work and crystallization, has significant economic value, the information in Shared transmission is likely to be stolen, tampering with or damage, how to protect the product data and enterprise information becomes an urgent requirement.Ensure the safety of CAD model and product data is the basic premise of system application promotion. Access control is one of important technologies, the current of the CAD model in the network environment in the security access control is relatively less, far cannot satisfy the system requirements. According to the system security requirements, this article mainly studied the CAD model of access control problems in networked manufacturing, and encryption method of CAD model, through the analysis of the existing access control model, is proposed and designed a new access control model. In this paper, main work contents and results are as follows:First of all, on the networked manufacturing system requirements analysis, established under the B/S structure of the overall framework, on the various modules, security management module are introduced.Secondly, several kinds of traditional access control model is studied, for they made detailed analysis and comparison, according to the heterogeneous CAD collaborative design system for the specific requirements of the access control, design of the task and role based access control model(TRBAC).Again, in view of the protection of the local three-dimensional CAD model, using DES symmetrical encryption algorithm to encrypt data resources, and implement resource information of parts of XML document encryption protection.Finally, the CAD model under network access control system for the whole structure design, based on ASP.NET technology, access control to realize the system function, and by means of DES resource information model and parts/decryption, effectively protect the safety of the CAD model in network environment.
